About me.
For many years, I worked as a senior HR leader at a global Fortune 500 company. In this role, I had the privilege of working with hundreds of leaders across different countries.
In 2020, I became a certified executive coach, holding the PCC designation with ICF, which again allowed me to work with senior leaders across Canada and globally. I can honestly say the work I do as an executive coach is the most satisfying and rewarding work I have ever done.
Here’s why.
For me, one of my greatest strengths and joys is making personal connections and building trust with my clients. And, of course, this can only happen by me creating a safe space where you feel comfortable and supported.

Staying true to my background and global experience in HR, I also offer HR consulting support for small and medium-sized businesses, bringing value-added services, expertise, and partnership to support and enhance your organization’s goals and forward momentum. I bring a human approach to HR leadership.
